BORROW CELEBRATION AT NORWICH.

SIR,—It may interest some of your readers—from your corre. spondence columns of last week I see it will certainly interest one—to know that it is proposed to celebrate the memory of George Borrow in Norwich by a banquet and other diversions on July 5th. The occasion of the festival is the gift to the city by its generous Lord Mayor of the house in Willow Lane where Borrow lived, with the view of preserving it as a. memorial museum. Full particulars may be obtained from the Hon. Secretary, Mr. F. J. Farrell, Guilderoy, Great Yarmouth; but I may be allowed to mention hero that Mr. Birrell holies to be present on the occasion, and to propose the "immortal memory."—I am, Sir, ecc.,
