SPECTATOR COMPETITION No. 109

Set by Guy Kendall A prize of £5, which may be divided, is offered for not more titan fourteen lines of a poem called " The New Town;" in the manner and metre of Goldsmith's " The Deserted Village," by one who knew the site as agricultural land.

Entries must be addressed to the Spectator, 99 Gower Street, W.C.I, in envelopes marked " Competition," and must be received not later than March 26th. Results will be published in the Spectator of April 4th.
