The annual Polish ball and concert are to be given

at the Mansion- house on Wednesday next, with unusual magnificence. Among the de. °orations, a prominent place will be assigned to a splendid piece of tapestry, worked in different parts of Poland by ladies of that country, put together at Posen, and presented to Lard Dudley Stuart in the name of the ladies. The Committee luive taken pains to make it understood that the increase of attractions this year is to be accompanied by no increase in the price of the tickets.
