New York papers, to the llth of March, have been

received by the packet-ship Pennsylvania. The commercial adviees are unfavourable. No specie has been shipped from the United States. The latest dates from Liverpool received in New York were of the 31st January The orders for the purchase of cotton on English account, even of tbat date, were extensive! The American papers contain the farewell address of General JAcEsoN, amd the inaugural address of President VAN BUREN.
