On Wednesday, the Duke of Cambridge and Lord Raglan dined

with the Emperor Napoleon, and after dinner went to the Grand Opera. In the course of the evening, the orchestra played "God save the Queen" ; and at the close of the performance, cries of " Vivent lea Anglais ! " were mingled with "Vivo l'Empereur !"

Prince Napoleon arrived at Marseilles on Wednesday. The city was illuminated in the evening.

The French squadron, destined to join the British fleet in the Baltic, sailed from Brest on Wednesday, under Admiral Parseval-Deschenes.
