The Russian (Vyksonnsky) Ironworks Company has been started, for the

purpose of purchasing the well-known ironworks of that name at Viucksa, in Russia. The estate covers an area of 405,000 acres, and possesses an inexhaustible supply of iron ore of high quality. The profits of the company are at present about 70,0001., subject, however, to several deductions on account of interest on loans to the extent of 10,0001. The capital of the undertaking is 500,0001., in 25,000 shares of 201. each.
