Abortion

Sir: I must agree with Madeleine Simms (February 1) that it is a woman's right to decide whether or not to have a baby. At the same time I would defend the right of any unborn child to live. Would it not, therefore, be in accordance • with the rights of all concerned if the woman were to exercise her rights before conception by using a reliable method of contraception if she should wish to avoid pregnancy?
