MR. BLATCHFORD'S ARTICLES.

[To THE EDITOR of THE " BrzciAios.") SIR,—In the last number of the Spectator there is a letter signed " Nonconformist" in which the following amazing statement occurs : " At Whitefield's Tabernacle a few Sundays back Mr. George Bernard Shaw was privileged to minister to the faithful." Allow me to say that there is not a word of truth in this statement ; but if "Nonconformist " who wrote to the Spectator is the same anonymous scribe who writes over that signature to other journals, nobody will be surprised at this particular mendacity.—I am, Sir, &ea C. Smv-sErrEn HORNE.
