IRELAND SIR,—You are doubtless right in saying that the Border
between Northern Ireland and the Republic was unfairly drawn. Are you, however, entitled to assume that an equitable accommodation would end or even diminish terrorism and violence? It seems to me a very doubtful proposition.—Yours faithfully,
