HELPING READERS OVERSEAS Readers living abroad sometimes write to the

Spectator to ask if books, which they have difficulty in obtaining, could be sent to them.

The Spectator will gladly arrange for books published in Great Britain and reviewed or advertised in the paper's columns to be sent to readers who cannot otherwise obtain them. Orders must be accompanied by a remittance covering the books' total published price plus Is. 6d. per volume for postage.

Cheques should be made payable to 'The Spectator Ltd.,' and orders should be addressed to: BOOK ORDER DEPT., THE SPECTATOR LTD., 99 GOWER STREET, LONDON, WCI, ENGLAND.
