Douglas Goldring

Sir: I should like to hear from any friend or relative of Douglas Goldring (1887-1960), the novelist, travel writer and biographer who, in 1937, was instrumental in founding the Georgian Group to defend 18th-century architecture. His portrait ought to hang next to that of the other founder, Lord Der- went, in the committee room of the society, so I am anxious to find a photograph of him.
