Snt,—The Political Economy Club (founded in 1821 under the auspices

of David Ricardo) proposes to print a volume which will record and describe as far as possible the pro- ceedings of the Club from its commencement, with accounts of the political economists and others who have from time to time been members of it. The Committee are anxious to obtain any information bearing on this subject which may be in the bands of representatives of former members of the Club, whether in the form of diaries or notes kept by such members, or of short biographical notices, portraits, &c.; and they would therefore be greatly obliged if any one who is able and willing to assist the Club in this manner would communicate with me at the address below.—I am, Sir, &c.,

BERNARD MALLET, Hon. Secretary.
