Lord Melbourne had an audience of the Queen today, and

then attended a Cabinet Council at the Foreign Office. All the other Ministers were present. It was at first supposed that the Court would go down to Windsor today. Now it is said that the Queen will stay in town till after the division on the Sugar-duties resolution.
