Sir Charles Napier has issued an address to the electors

of Maryle- bone. He advocates short Parliaments, ballot, corn-law repeal, and national education.

The Tories of Bradford intend to put forward Mr. John Hardy and Mr. Gregory Lewin as candidates for that borough at the next election. Lord III otham will not again stand for Leominster. Sir James Flower, of the house of Combe, Delafield, and Co., will be a candidate

on the Liberal side : he will be opposed by Mr. Wigram the Chancery Barrister, a Tory. Besides Alderman Johnson, two Whigs, Mr. T. Gill and Mr. G. W. Soltau, Sir R. Lopez, a Tory, and Mr. J. C. Bulteel, whose opinions are not stated, are named as candidates for Plymouth.
