The Lord Bishop of Llandaff held an Ordination in the Cathedral at Mandan', on Sunday sennight, when the following G entlemen were ordained :-Deacuas-E. Bosamplet, 13.A. The Lord Bishop of Oxford intends to hold a General Ordination, at Christ Church, on Sunday, the 10th of December next.

At an Ordination lately held in Peterborough Cathedral, the Lord Bi- shop of Peterborough admitted the following Gentlemen into Holy Orders Deacons-E. Cory, B.A. St. Peter's College, T. F. Layng, 13.A. Sidney College H. C. Marsh, B. A. St. John's College, It. W. K. Wood, B.A. Trinity Hall, and T. G. hilt, B.A. Caius College, Cambridge. Priest-The Hon. H. F. On the 28th ult. the Lord Bishop of Peterborough instituted the Rev. D. Morton to the Rectory of Ilarleston in Northamptonshire, vacant by the death of the Rev. F. Montgomery. Patron, R. Reid, Esq. The Rev. T. Halstead, M.A. has been presented to the Rectory of Little Bradley, Suffolk.

The King has been pleased to grant to the Rev. T. Gaisford, Doctor in Divinity, the 'dace and dignity of Dean of the Cathedral Church of Christ, in the University of Oxford, void by the resignation of Dr. S. Smith, late Dean thereof.

The Rev. H. '1'. Streeter, B.A. of Queen's College, Oxford, is appointed Minister of the New Church, Richmond, Sorry, on the nomination of the Rev. S. W. Gandy.

The 11ev. J. C. Wynter, 11.A. of St. John's College, Oxford, is instituted to the Rectory of Don ningtomon-Baine, Lincoln. Patron, the Right Hon. Lord Monson. The Rev. S. Smith. D.1). has resigned the Deanery of Christ Church, Oxford, and is appointed to be one of the Prebendaries of the Cathedral of Dunham, vacated by Dr. Gaisford.

TM: Rev. J. W. Hughes, M.A. of Trinity College, Oxford, has been instituted to the Rectory of St. Clement's, Oxford. Patron, the Lord Chancellor.
