Sir: On the front page of your issue of I September you make a reference to Dr Thomas Balogh which. might be interpreted to mean that he could find some personal advantage in seeking to procure the investment of public funds in private businesses. Those who know. Dr Balogh well will find this suggestion absurd, and 1 hope you will disclaim any such imputation.
