The highest figure for Beef to•dav does not ex- ceed 45. 411. per stone, which lots fall of fd. from Ohio day week ; and even on these terms there is not much business doing ; therefore, as the supply is huge, it is probable that a great many beasts will remain unsold at the close of the market. The Mutton trade is elan not very brisk, but lost Monday's quotation of 5s. is still given for the beet Downs in Wool. Menu Lss-z, Friday, April 15. The nrrival of Foreign Wheat this week is very considerable, nearly 50,000 quarters; but the duty having now advanced to Gs. 8,1. per quarter, the trade is firm, and both for English or fine Foreign quite as good prices are obtained. Barley meets R dull sale, except for prime Malting parcels. Beans and Peas sell on quite no good terms. Oats are inther dearer than otherwise. In other articles no variation, d. 490.
