Memorandum.-The exchange between Lieut. Shelton, of the 28th Foot. and Lieut. Hill, on half-pay of that corps, in the 27th November, 1817, is "without the difference," Lieut. Shelton having repaid the difference between half and full-pay. Lieut. W. Swarm, of the 84th Foot, is superseded, having absented himself without leave, when in arrest at Chatham, preparatory to his trial by General Court- martial. The Commission of Quartermaster W.
