Mr. Boner Law stated on Wednesday, in reply to a

question in the House, that proceedings were being taken under the Defence of the Realm Act against Colonel Repington and the Editor of the Morning Post for an article on the Versailles Conference published in that journal on Monday. Mr. Boner Law said that the article had been submitted to the Censor, who forbade its publication, but that it was afterwards published in a different form without being submitted to the Censor. Mr. Boner Law described as irrelevant the question whether Colonel Repington had written " with perfect impunity " in the Times for three years and a half. As the matter is sub judice we must of course make no comment.
