SPECTATOR.] Sia,-My attention has been drawn to the statement in your issue of February 2nd that the late Mr. Ralph Knott, prepared a design for the above building, and the :project, may eventually be proceeded with.

I shall_ be obliged if you will correct this statement in your next issue, as I Am solely responsible for the _design of the Pprli*gtent Building at Stormont,. Belfast, and it is now squally in.course of erection frcim my, designs and under my tilipervision. Mr. Knott _made designs for. the proposed government Offices, and Ag the Speaker's House at Stormont, but _the, former, were" abandoned and the _latter. building only Aga hien erected. you desire confirmation of this please refe:r to H.M.
