NURSERY VERSERIES AND DRAWINGS. By Emile Jacot. (Noel Douglas. 2s.

6d. net.)

Ma. JACOT'S rhymes will please children and be remembered by them ; his pictures will be understood and enjoyed by grown-ups. There is at times a whimsical sophistication in both that may puzzle children and their elders, but this is explained when we remember that the author and artist won the Prix de Rome for sculpture. It is to be hoped that Mr. Jacot will again condescend.
