AT SHELLEY'S SHRINE SIR, —On page 42 of The Spectator for

January 9th Mr. John Garrett says: " . a whole generation's capitulation to what Shelley called ` that unrest which men miscall delight.' " On -page- 56, I read: "There is ample evidence of our generation capitulating to what Shelley called ' that unrest which men miscall delight.'
