Madame STOCKHAUSEN'S Concert, on Friday morning, was,., as it deserved

to be, well attended. A Sacred Cantata, adapted to English words, the composition of Monsieur STOCKH.AUSEN, was. performed by Madame STOCKHAUSEN, MISS MASSON, MT. HORN- CASTLE, and Mr. E. TAYLOR, with the addition of a chorus. It is in an agreeable pastoral style, but deficient in originality ; and the accompaniment, which was confined to harps and wind instru- ments, was unable to give either the grandeur or the variety which the subject occasionally demanded. Madame SCHRCEDER, Madame CINTI, Madame DE MERIC, and Herr HA1TZINGER, contributed, by a very successful exertion of their talents, to render the concert one of the best of the season. HAITZINGER'S song, from Die Zauberfliite was again encored.
