GOING FISHING SIR,—The question is not, as your correspondent suggests,

how many have become Christians through their intellect, as how many have stayed Christians without it, The objection to Dr. Graham's method is that he demands a 'decision for Christ' and a public con- fession of faith at one and the same time.

As far as 1 can make out this demand is made only once in the New Testament (Acts ii. 41) and as a rule to be applied generally it would seem to be unwise.—Yours faithfully, NICK EARLE
