Sin,—I have received the instructions of my Government to offer the most unqualified contradiction to the news which appeared in your journal and which narrated the crucifixion of Albanians and the massacre of women and children by the Epirot insurgents. These and other similar reports emanating from Dumzzo are absolutely false; and I request you to give to this official contradiction a publicity no less prominent than that accorded to the said unverified stories.—I have the-
