Duff to be Rear-Admiral on the reserved half-pay list ; Capt. Sir C. C. Parker, Bart. to be Rear-Admiral on the reserved half-pay list; Capt. J. E. Walcott to be Reir-Aduliralon the reserved half-pay list ; Capt. the Bight Hon. F. Earl Spencer, K.G. and C.B. to be Rear-Admiral on the reserved half-pay list; Capt. J. 11. Plumridge to be Rear-Admiral of the Blue. The following Captains on the re- tired list have also been promoted to be retired Rear-Admirals on the terms proposed in the London Gazette of the tat of September 1846, withoutincrease of pay-Capt. T. L. Peake; Capt. W. Hendry.
