SIR,-4 abandon the field to so great a master of controversy as "An Irish Catholic" has shown himself to be. I am not sure whether he can claim credit for absolute originality, but he has thoroughly well earned whatever satisfaction he may derive from the cheap and easy victory which may always be gained by simply ignoring the arguments of one's opponents.—I am, Sir, &c.,
