Mr. Arthur T. Bolton, the energetic Curator of Sir John

Soane's Museum, has issued a tenth edition of the official Descrip- tion of the House and Museum (Is.), which may be had at the house. He has reverted to the text of Soane's own description of his collections, supplementing it with many interesting notes. The pamphlet is well illustrated with plans and photographs and contains an index.
