The League of Nations Union, which rightly makes full use

of the printed word, has altered the form of its monthly journal and changed the title to To-day and To-morrow (Hodder and Stoughton, 6d.). The first number of the new issue contains, among other things, a short address by Mr. Balfour, a suggestive little article by Mr. H. P. Lowe on the reasons that have caused even progressive Americans to lose faith for the time being in the League of Nations, and a map of the world to illustrate the present position of the League.
