This address was in course of being numerously signed; when the further circulation of it was stopped in deference to what in understood to have been the feeling of the Benchers, that the con- tinuance of Mr. Maurice's connexion with Lincoln's Inn is a sufficient evidence of the satisfaction of the Society with his labours. The thronged attendance in the chapel at the same time shows the sense of their value which the public entertain.
