[To nue EDITOR 01 THE " SPUTATOR."] SIR,—Your reviewer finds in my little book " a tendency to measure the moral character of an act by its results." Will you allow me to repudiate any such tendency ? I strongly condemn many of the acts of the Revolutionists, though I think that the results of the Revolution were, on the whole,
