Osagyefo

SIR,—Your correspondent E. M. Milne is too naïve by half. Ghanaian officials told me 'Osagyefo' meant 'Redeemer' when I visited Accra. If Mr. Milne wants to believe in spontaneous bestowals by 'the people,' let him. Anybody who has read Ghanaian papers and looked around will know that 'Osagyefo' is part of one of the outsize personality cults of our time.
