The heir to the kingdom, Prince Hal, Plays around with Jack Falstaff, his pal, And the king starts to moan That his son won't atone: But the Prince says, 'Don't worry, I shall.'

Glendower and Hotspur rebel (Though they don't seem to get on too well) So, banishing Jack, Prince Hal hurries back, The fears of his Dad to dispel.

The battle of Shrewsbury is fought, With the rebels a lord or two short; Jack's honour is zero But Hal is the hero Who brings the rebellion to nought. (Chalak)
