The Tyne Mercury states that the Earl of Dutham was to have sailed from St. Petersburg, on his way to England, on Saturday last.

The Earl of Granard, who died in Paris last week, was Clerk of the Hanaper in Ireland. His sinecure, the Gunner says, will be abolished.
