Tip for Tiny

THE inspectors into House of Fraser find a striking phrase for Tiny Rowland. They describe him as his own worst enemy. Well, now — the field must be a large one, the event competitive, the Fayeds would be fancied and Mr Rowland would carry top weight, but for all that I think my money would be on him. I wonder if the inspectors have any other tips as good. Having brought off my long campaign to disentangle the Budget from the Chel- tenham race week, I shall now suit the action to the column.
