An Epitome V Phrenology, by D. G. Govnae, is a

brief and plain exposition of the phrenological organs, and the faculties they are said to give bit tit to. It aleo contains a short history of the science, with an account of' the principal phrenological writers and museums. Its chief characteristic, however, is the smallness of its size and the cheapness of its price : it is truly a multum in parvo.
