On Wednesday last, the Lord Bishop of Peterborough instituted the Rev. J. Shillibeer, M.A. to the Rectory of Wadenhoe, in the county of Northmnpton, vacant by the death of the Rev. hr. Roberts ; on the presentation of R. Roberts, of Oundie, Esq.—The Reb. J. Sworde has been presented by the Earl of Albemarle to the livings of St:' Peter's and St. Cuthbert', Thetford—The Rev. T. Mills was on Friday last instituted to the Rectory of Great Saxhain, Suffolk, on the presentation of his trustees—J. H. Stehle, Esq. B.A. scholar of Queen's College, has been appointed (by the Rev. 11. Ayling, M.A. head master), to the second mastership of the royal grammar school at Guildford, Surrey.
