The Fascist Grand Council has passed resolutions in. favour of

Constitutional changes which will probably lead to legislation. It is proposed that the. Senate should in future be put on a_ footing of equality with the Chamber by a revision of Article 10 of the Constitution. That Article gives the Chamber priority with regard to the introduction of money bills. The Senate will also be strengthened by the special representation in that body of the Trade Corporations. The Morning Post correspondent says that the aim is eventually to transform the Senate into a House of Faculties of which the members will be mainly limited to the various professions and the Trads Corporations. * * * *
