The outrages of Don MiGuE E. have become so gross,

that our Government has been compelled to send a couple of line-of-battle ships, under Admiral PARKER, to the Tagus, to protect the lives of the British residents in Lisbon. Several frigates are also to be stationed of the bar of Oporto, in order to protect the British he that city.
