The recently appointed or transferred Ambassadors and Ministers to the

Sir Horace Rumbold has arrived in Berlin in Succession to Sir Ronald Lindsay, and Sir George Grahame in Madrid. Lord Chilston is at Buda-Pesth, Sir Eric Phipps at Vienna, Lord. Granville at Brussels, Si! Colville ,Barclay at ,Lisbon, and Sir Odo Russell is now at _ The Hague. The changes in the Primacies at home are to be followed by the translation of Bishop Warman to Manchester from Chelmsford, where he will be succeeded by Canon H. R. Wilson, Rector of Chelten- ham, who may be expected to carry on an evangelical tradition. Bishop Eden has resigned the See of Wake- field, which he has administered with great ability and devotion for over thirty years. He will be succeeded by Canon J. B. Seaton, Principal of Cuddesdon and formerly Archdeacon of Johannesburg. * * * *
