Mr. Inglis, the Lord-Advocate of Scotland, has been again disappointed of a seat. Lisburn, as is well known, is pretty much at the disposal of Lord Hertford; and there the wandering Minister thought to find rest. But, as at Peterborough, an independent party sprang up, and their can- didate, Mr. Smyth, carried the day by a small majority.
