On the 15th November, off Monrovia, west coast of Affica, brought on by ex. ;insure in the zealous discharge of his duty, Lieutenant Spencer De Lacy Lacy, lt.N., of H.M.S. Alecto, the second and much loved son of the Rev. Charles Lacy, Rector of All-Hallows, London Wall; in his 23d year.

On the 29th, at Gibraltar, Florence, the wife of Captain the Hon. Hedworth Lid. dell, 15th Regiment. On the tot December, at his residence, Alton Lodge, Richmond, of bronchitis, Richard Taylor, Esq., F.S.A., F.L.S., &e., of Red Lion Court, Fleet Street printer, and for 35 years Common Councilman for the Ward of Farringdon without; in his 77th rear.

On the 4th, at London, Alexander Cumming, Esq., Inspector-General, of Hos- pitals in the British Army ; in his 63d year. On the 8th, at Great Oakley Hall, Northamptonshire, Sir Arthur Broke, cis Capell Broke, Bart. ; in his 68th year.

On the 7th, at Kensington, William Hayward, Esq., Deputy Commissary-General; in his 83d year. On the 11th, at Abercromby Place, Edinburgh, Robert Ainslie, Esq., W.S.

On the 12th, at Curzon Street, Mayfair, Major-General Tumor ; in his 79th year.

On the 1311,, at Barley, Exeter, Montague Baker Bere, Esq., of Morebath, in the county of Devon, and her 5Iajesty's Commissioner of Bankrupts for the Exeter District ; in his 60th year. On the 14th, at the Palace, Peterborough, Marianne Davys, the wife of the Lord Bishop of Peterborough: in her 69th veer. On the 16th, in Saville Row, Richard Bright, M.D., F.R.S. ; in his 70th year.

At the Cape of Good Hope, from the effects of a sunstroke, Captain Henry Bali- day, eldest and only remaining son of Dr. H. Haliday, of Dublin, and nepbewrof Charles Ilaliday, Esq., Governor of the Bank of Ireland ; in his 25th year.
