Hall Court. By the Hon. Fenella Armytage. (S.P.C.K.)—This is a

simple, well-written tale of a "noble life," marred by sickness and brought to what we call a premature end, but complete in the work it leaves behind it, and its idiaence on the lives of others. Besides the story of Gerald and his sister, there is also that of a humbler pair, Roy and his sister Alice. They are interwoven with skill, and the effect is satisfactory.
