SIR,—In your issue of February 11th, p. 220, it is

stated that "Philip Stanhope Worsley sent General Lee his translation of the Iliad with a nobly laudatory inscription." Surely the work sent would have been the translation of the Odyssey into English verse in the Spenserian stanza, which was published almost contemporaneously with Lord Derby's English version of the Iliad.—I am, Sir, &c., The Wigwam, Wortham, Dies.
