Accounts from Constantinople have been received to the 28th of
June. It appears that, in consequence of tlui insurrection in Syria, the desire of the Sultan to conic to terms with 'Mehemet Ali has cooled, and the prospect of the amicable arrangement that was talked of again seems distant.
