LONDON SQUARE GARDENS

[To the Editor of the SPECTATOR.] SIR,—A copy of your paper has been sent to me containing an article on the opening of squares during the holidays to the children of the working classes. This has often been in my mind, and as a humble citizen I am glad that you have placed the subject before the public. If any movement is made to open this square during the school holidays of this parish I shall welcome it.—I am, Sir, &c., 16 Brampton Square, S.W. 3.

BEATRICE DUNCOMBE.
