The Dome. (The Unicorn Press.)—This little quarterly is, as usual,

readable, and has an interesting article on "The White Xing," Maximilian, with reproductions of some of Hans Burgk- males woodcuts. As the policy of this magazine is to reproduce engravings, it is a pity that the size of the page is not larger. The greatly reduced scale spoils the above woodcuts, as it does Meryon's etchings of Paris. Mr. Stephen Phillips's short poem contains a clear thought expressed in beautiful language inspired by the sad sights of the streets.
