NEW EDITIONS.

Those of any consequence are two. I. A second edition, en- larged and almost rewritten, of MACNISH'S Introduction to Phre- nology ; which is certainly plain enough, but from the nature of many of the instances, and the singular manner in which they are stated and commented upon, favourable to very rich ridicule. 2. A third edition of Dr. Tuestatru.'s publication on Veratria, rebaptized with the title of A Treatise on Painful and Nervous Diseases ; with additions, which appear to consist of some remarks, illustrated by cases, of the beneficial effects of the new medicines in affections of the eyes arid ears.
