SCOTLAND.

The Airdrie colliers continue to hold meetings on the subjects of their differences with their employers, and their generally degraded and miserable position. Their wages are stated by themselves to be not more than 11x. a week, subject to a deduction of 3d. for sharpening their pickaxes. The proceedings have been very orderly, and the speakers have exhorted their fellows to patience and peace; but much uneasiness prevails. The yeo- manry are ordered to be in readiness, and some special constables have be sworn in.
