The Paris letters of Thursday mention a telegraphic despatch an- nouncing the capture by Espartero of "the fort and hill position of Guadamino," with 300 prisoners. This is represented as an important success. It is also announced that the Queen Regent of Spain has ap- pointed an interim Ministry, composed of three persons, whose names even were never heard before—Vigodet, Arrago, and Joseph Fervaz.
